Don’t worry.  ‘Monsters’ is the designation for the very friendly team at bundlemonster.com.  This savvy group loves getting their claws on the hottest, trendiest items in fashion and beauty, offering the prized goods online at jaw-dropping prices. These truly are monster deals!
With its popularity rising like a full moon, bundlemonster.com rapidly outgrew the capacity of its original website. A major customer engagement boost was needed.  To fulfill this goal, the monsters selected SILK Software.  The choice was obvious. SILK’s Magento-certified wizards offered the development expertise capable of implementing a full array of needed features and functionality. The software masters also wielded substantial online marketing expertise, which would be leveraged to increase Bundlemonster’s search engine visibility.
SOLUTION
With an overriding goal of improving customer engagement, SILK’s wizards implemented a battery of custom features. Among these was an inviting ‘Share Your Photos’ option. Found on any of Bundlemonster’s product pages, this feature is accessed through a designated tab. Once selected, customers can upload photos of themselves wearing or using the retailer’s products.
To facilitate improved results during on-site product searches, SILK installed a custom search extension. Also improving the customer experience is a new ‘Quick Look’ feature. This option enables customers to hover over any product for a quick-scan before clicking for full details.
The foregoing development initiatives were reinforced by the implementation of intensive SEO strategy. A grand total of 400 product pages received substantial SEO enhancements, which included more SEO-friendly product descriptions and meta tags provided by SILK’s in-house copywriters.
RESULTS
The added features and functionality implemented by SILK’s custom development work is evident in Bundlemonster’s dramatically improved user engagement. Quick, accurate searches, easy product reviewing, and simplified purchases all are integral to the retailer’s new customer experience.
Improvements also were achieved through SILK’s SEO strategy, which have raised search engine visibility for many designated keywords. Currently, bundlemonster.com ranks on page one for many of these carefully-chosen search terms.
